Prime rail sites are available in large and small parcels.  We are located midway between Atlanta and Charlotte with easy access to I85.  

Pickens Railway Company works closely with the local Economic Development Agencies for optimum facility locations.  We also coordinate with Norfolk Southern and CSXT Industrial Development Departments.

We are members of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Upstate Alliance and Innovate Anderson.
